Here, Black just captured White’s queen on c3; White’s natural move is to capture the queen back. However, if white captures the queen on c3, white would lose its knight on c6.
So, White can make an intermediate or middle move before taking the queen on c3.
So, Ne7+ Kh8 bc3 will help White to save his knight.
